Preventative maintenance is the most important aspect there is to owning a back-up generator system.
You have most likely spent between $6,000 – $14,000 on your generator system, and you want your unit to last for many years to come. The only way to insure longevity of your generator system is to spend a couple of hundred per year to keep it in top running condition. NEVER DARK will perform your factory required maintenance for you. Giving you the peace of mind that you won’t be left in the dark.

NEVER DARK will come to your home every 6 months, to run a full diagnostic test checking the entire generator system. We have a strict preventative maintenance check list that the technicians follow, and they leave you a door hanger on your door listing all work performed as well as any comments that would need to be brought to your attention, as well as a follow up phone call if the issue requires a repair.
If your generator has a repair issue and is within your factory warranty period Never Dark will make any and all repairs and will bill the factory directly. YOU WILL NOT SEE A BILL, you don’t have to pay in advance and hope the factory reimburses you, like most equipment warranties. Never Dark is the factory warranty. We are the eyes and ears of the factory. Never Dark is factory authorized to accept or deny any warranty claim. We obviously will not deny any of our claims. The only warranty claims we will deny would be either a generator was improperly installed by others or a generator that has not been properly maintained, making the preventative maintenance agreement the most important aspect of your generator system.
